LANVIN offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit the 'Order Status' page to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original LANVIN box and secure them inside the shipping carton, ensuring all original documentation and tags are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the pre-paid return shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Handover and Tracking

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location or schedule a collection; keep your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your return to our atelier.
